After weeks of delay, the iPhone X was formalized on September 12, 2017! The letter X represents the Roman numeral 10, to remind that the new smartphone is the tenth anniversary. What is certain is that the new iPhone X  is the most advanced and futuristic smartphone ever presented by Apple.

The pre-orders for the iPhone X had started as of October 27, 2017 for a release date November 3. The smartphone is officially available in stores since that date. Apple is not used to revealing its numbers, but an employee has said from the first-day pre-orders that the iPhone X exploded counters. An analyst estimates that between 9 and 12 million iPhone X would be gone in just three days. The strong demand was also reflected in delivery times which extended by several weeks.
